Terms of Service

1. Service

Wallettami (wallettami.com) is a SaaS platform that allows businesses and individuals ("you", "user") to create, manage, and distribute digital wallet passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The service is operated by Wallettami (info@wallettami.com).

2. Account

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Wallettami does not store payment card information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content; to infringe third-party intellectual property rights; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wallettami systems or other users' data.

5. Intellectual Property

Wallettami retains all rights to the platform and its technology. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or create through the service.

6. Service Availability

Wallettami aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. The service is provided "as is".

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wallettami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Wallettami reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
